When ever i search for any query in Google it shows me many useful things which comes in use to me. Then i think that who is write it or who is helping me indirectly. Then i see a Profile picture in search Result in Left side of the link. This image is of website/Blog owner.
Many Bloggers are want to place there Photo in search Result Links. If someone Open Their Blog/Website then He/She will able to see the Owner of Blog. A simple or common person can not place his/her photo in Search Result only a Blogger can Place his/her photo in that Place. ( am too that lucky one 
)

I know that so many Bloggers are post About that Topic. But i don’t get them because of there way of Presenting. Am Promise that in my post i ask you only simple steps. which you can implement easily.
Start The way of Displaying Picture in Search Result
First of all you need :-
1. A Blog/website with ” About me ” Page
2. A Google Plus Account with Profile Picture
If you not make Account on Google + then make it now
After making Account on Google Plus. Click on Your Profile ( Present at Left side of Google + Account )
Copy The Link of Your Google + Profile. The Link of the profile looks like http://plus.google.com/110282666884267634821
Now Place your Google + Profile link in Script given below

Now After Pasting your Profile link in Above script copy the whole script and Paste in anywhere of your Blog/Website. In My case i paste it in header section.
After Doing the all above steps. Copy the below Script and paste it in About me Page anywhere.

After Doing this Important Step You have to Contribute your site with Google+ Account. This will Very Simple just follow the below paths.
Go to Google+ Account >> Edit Profile >> Add Your Site/Blog Link in ” Contributor to ” section.
After Adding Site link. Upload a profile picture in Google Account Profile. Quite simple as Facebook Profile upload.
Some Tips For Sure Results
1. Do not Change the script Codes.
2. The Profile Picture which you apply on Google+ Account should also Present on your “About me” Page
3. To Show Picture on links. Share that links on your Google+ Account by implementing Google+ Button on Your site.
Advantages of This Operation
1. You will Show Others that this Blog/Site is your and Blogged by you.
2. This will also attract Visitors to Your site and this is a good thing.
3. Your Site will completely Verified.
Now Its Time To Check. To Instantly Check that you done the above Steps Right OR Wrong . Go To Rich Snippet Tool and search for your site.
